I added my advantage executive card and do not see the $100 credit. really disappointing that something seems so easy but doesn’t work

I already had my Citi Exec in my inKind wallet. Since there was no $100 credit, I deleted the card and added it again. Nope. Also set it as the default. Still nada. The screen to add a card even has an image promoting this new benefit, yet it clearly doesn’t work reliably.
