VERY disappointed with the Citi Global. I tried to use the Advantage Hotel booking credit. I called 3 agents whom all said I followed the rules and would be entitled to the credit. I kept following up month after month....NOTHING! I called again and they could not provide an answer as to what happened. WASTE OF EFFORT!!! Chase credit cards seem to work without fuss.......I am highly disappointed!!!
I've got a huge event I'm attending later this year and TicketMaster will be putting tickets on sale soon. So if I'm understanding this correctly, I will get a $100 discount on the two tickets I'm purchasing. SCORE!
