The domestic Wi-Fi policy is strictly forced. I purchased Wi-Fi on a LHR bound 777 back in December and I was unable to get a credit after multiple attempts via chat and phone.

@Ben Hopefully it is for all racist and inappropriate remarks. I don’t seem to recall you banning commentators or deleting comments for those who made prejudice remarks against Asians especially Chinese and Indians even if readers flagged it as racist or inappropriate.
