Yet another reason to recommend/refer friends/family to the Venture X (and close/downgrade their Reserve/Platinum). Capital One has upped their game with this card - Chase/AmEx have some catching up to do.
heh. I am still not 100% sold on Cap1's transfer partners to consider dropping my Chase portfolio right away, but in my experiences I can make both co-exist.

I have the X. Its travel search engine is clearly still in its beta stage. You can't even do a multicity search.
The omission of a basic travel search, and to still not have it months after release, is typical Capital One. How is it that Hertz is a partner, but Avis is the company that comes up for car rentals? Asking to submit faxes for disputes is 2002, not 2022.
This content is incredibly relevant. Redeeming 125,000 for sporting event tickets worth $5k+ is a great redemption, whether you would otherwise pay cash or are treating yourself to an experience you could otherwise never afford.

It is absolutely horrible and outdated. Searching for a nights stay at the YotelAir at the Istanbul Airport is futile as it still thinks the airport is in Atatürk.
If i weren't such a slow points earner I'd jump to take my 17 year old son to the Final Four and National Championship, in a suite no less. That sounds like a really cool way to use the points!
