They have certainly expanded rapidly, while maintaining the original benefits.

The IAD lounge is frequently busy and has a waitlist. I find it frustrating that they don’t let you use the grab & go selection if you can’t enter the lounge. They wouldn’t even let me take a bottle of water.

Capital One requires a seat assignment to enter. If you don’t have one assigned on your boarding pass they will deny entrance. Tough for IR Ops, basic economy, and standby situations.

Might be good to do an article comparing the various credit card lounges (Capital One, Chase, Amex, etc) and rank/compare them overall as a brand.

This would be a good option for the new PDX airport which doens't really have a dominant carrier other than AS.
