You need to update your list of who’s flying the 380 and remove Qatar.

Air France are still operating the A380 as of today with CDG-LAX flight currently over the Atlantic.

Well, does that mean the AlSafwa lounge in Doha will be closed as well? I mean, after the blockade, First Class existed on only flights to Kuwait, Muscat and the ones operated by the A380. Now that the flights to Kuwait are suspended and all the A380s are grounded. That leaves us to only Muscat, and Oman has stopped all arrivals except Omani Nationals. So, I guess we gotta bid farewell to AlSafwa for a while.

I wonder how ANA is still flying their A380s... didn't they operate them exclusively on NRT-HNL?

Not much of a loss for lucky?

I guess the rest of us should pack it up.

Qatar's customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I called to cancel my flight from Hong Kong to London. The lady confirmed that I will receive full refund on my credit card, then without even notifying me, two days later I received a travel voucher instead. I called them to ask about the situation, and they just said they changed the policy after my call.

Absolutely terrible service. I can understand airlines have their own policies, but shouldn't the policy at the time of cancellation apply? Can airlines unilaterally change an agreed position? Very disappointing...
