Wonder how the carviar market is doing. Wasn't LH the largest customer of caviar? Maybe next?
If my calculations are correct, that would make it $14.40 per 750ml bottle which is a good price and the same as buying a bottle of cheap gin. But with shipping, tax, and CRV, it would be much better just to get the ubiquitous Gordon’s or Bombay Sapphire.
I personally enjoy Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice ($35).
Bought some. But Kalboz’s calculations are way off. 1.2 litres for £35 = $28.63 per 750ml bottle. But it will be a funny gift. I added a £3 bottle of hand sanitiser for free shipping. Excuse my British spelling!
Forgive me but I calculated 120ci to equal 1.97 liter or 2.63 bottles (of your regular 750 ml). I was off calculating Euro rather than the correct currency, British pound. Which makes around $16 per 750 ml bottle.
Regardless, your British spelling is fine!

This is a great buy - already ordered some. Had it a few times onboard and it seemed quite drinkable... Definitely better and more unique than other gins at that price range. If you divide back to a standard 750ml bottle here in the U.K. it works out to £20 for a standard bottle, which would not buy anything better than Bombay gin in this country, maybe not even better than Gordon’s, god forbid. For the price it’s not bad at all to keep as a conversation piece when making drinks.
I thinks it’s sad, rather than amusing though, that the distillery has to flog this at fire-sale prices and that BA is unable to use it.

It may not seem so to some people, who live in some other countries, but here in the UK, the Excise Duty on 1.2 litre (24 × 5 cL) is about 13 GBP, and there is also 20% VAT (Value Added Tax - about 5 GBP) included in the selling price. That means that Pickerings is receiving about 13 GBP for distilling, bottling, packing and shipping 24 miniature bottles of good quality gin to anywhere in the UK. And let's not forget that buying gin-minitures normally costs much more than buying gin in large (70 cL or 1 L) bottles. I've ordered two cases!
