I'm flying BA from MCO to LGW in a couple weeks, connecting to an Air France itinerary from LHR that same night of arrival. I felt confident about booking that at first but now I'm not so sure. It seems like it's likely my BA LGW-based 777 is gonna have drugs on it lol.
I thought that there woudn't be any drugs in Florida and the US thanks to the new Trump Administration strict policy towards Canada and Mexico.
I might have been naïve.

Do you think that the Trump administration is trying to export drugs without paying tariffs perhaps?
This is why we need to tariff the hack out of Mexico and Europe. Drug destroy lives and we are the only ones that's fighting it.

Quite correct, bossa. In this case the drugs were heading to the UK, but the greatest demand comes from the United States. It's easier to blame everyone else for the problem than it is to close America's colossal, rapacious drug-hole.
You might be right about Orlando, but as you know, a lot of drugs pass through South Florida airports. I could see a smart smuggler trying to use an airport that might not be as obvious as MIA or FLL and what better airport than MCO, the happiest place on earth. Hey, maybe that’s why they’re so happy.
I don't see a problem with this. British were always notorious about smuggling drugs into other countries without their gov't knowing and consent. Why would they be offended now that it's happening to them?
