I sailed on Celebrity Edge in August of 2021 when she was captain. She engaged with passengers just as much as her social media posts implied. She hosted a well attended talk about her career and being a captain in general, a trivia session that also featured her cat, and just random encounters around the ship.
I'm not sure I would have went out of my way to book a sailing when she was captain, but I'm glad things worked out and I was able to meet her in person.
