Hello from Chengdu! I’m spending the weekend in China thanks to a great Xiamen Air business class fare. I’ll even be spending the day playing with pandas tomorrow (well, or more accurately probably shoveling their #2 all day), so I’m excited about that… I think.

Chengdu is great!! Be sure to go the New Century Global Center (biggest building in the world).
Not sure where you're staying Lucky but The Temple House in Taikoo Li is awesome and have the best cocktails in town. Most of all though Chengdu is all about just hanging out.. wouldn't say there are any main things to see here except the pandas.
Make sure you try authentic Sichuan spicy food. And be sure to ask for extra hua jiao peppers that make your lips tingle.
Not the time for staying in the hotel and eating club lounge food!
