Good luck with your aim to get a comment from Swiss. Swiss generally does not entertain any complaints, let alone those under EU 261/2004, because they think it does not apply to them. So why should they bother responding to a case in which they were not directly involved, since it was ticketed by AC ... I expect nothing more than a referral to AC who issued and subsequently cancelled the ticket. Period.
Quite unfortunate that you got sick on your last day in Mexico. Hope it is not the influenza epidemic rampaging lately. Get well soon and looking forward for the reviews.
