Hey Ben - random Hyatt question. I booked a night at the HR Seattle from my dads account for myself using his anniversary certificate. He has the old Hyatt card but never stays at Hyatt’s. When I checked in I was informed by the front desk I was guested globalist benefits. He said something about being “red carded” the benefits or something. He obviously continued with all the globalist benefits I’d receive while staying like the club lounge but I don’t get how any of it’s possible since my pops has no status at all. Any idea how it happened?
