No reason to jettison. Combine with "Hilton for Business" membership and I sometimes save on paid stays using Business rate.
No reason to jettison. Ben has to say the $60/qr statement credit is earned with "stays" because that's what the Terms say. But it always (always) appears when I dine at either of the two Hiltons (one Canopy, one Hilton) near me.
The credits I always reliably enjoy are worth more than the total annual fee. No-brainer to keep year over year.
When this card offered FNC with spend it was worth it. Since Amex nerfed that benefit it's only worth keeping for the first year.

Just curious. How much income does a person need to spend $40k per year (on eligible purchases only of course)? $300k? $350k? More maybe?
1924 average individual income is 62k. Median family household income around 82k.
