That’s definitely Tim Dunn. He thought he booked a flight on Delta. Once he realized he was on a United plane, it was all downhill from there.

This guy should be fined extensively, serve jail time, and be banned for life from flying on American or any other US carrier. These incidents have to stop and this filth needs to be managed in such a way that it can't continue to happen.
