I recently flew LHR-JFK in F on the BA 7773ER. The only negative -- and it is a big one -- is that the bathrooms are very small. No bigger than a narrowbody aircraft. I did not change into pajamas, but it would have been very difficult to do so in the space available. Not a show stopper, to be sure, but something of which to be aware. All things being equal, I would rather fly to/from LAX on the A380, but the availability ex-LAX will not be nearly as good as ex-SAN right now.

@ credit - it can STILL be dumped but I doubt he knows how and if he does, you can bet your collection of amenity kits that he will not be telling any of you. I'm kind of glad it's not known cos it'll go the same way as USDM. But then again I've been tempted to divulge it because I hate BA and seldom fly them so I couldn't care less if it's outed. It'll come out in due course, no doubt.
@ Stephan - you're asking him to do some work yet you can't do 'work' that is about a million times less effort and do a dummy search on BA's site to confirm that it's T5. Did you sneeze your evidently small amount of grey matter out through your nose or something?
I booked *four* first class seats on the inaugural LHR-SAN. Crazy amount of award space out there...
Where is the plane stopping to get the fuel needed to make the flight? I doubt the runway is long enough for a 77W to take off full of pax, cargo and fuel.
I have 3 F seats on the "inaugural" SAN-LHR on hold. Gotta convince my wife that it's worth the YQ to give it a go. I haven't figured out how to dump a BA award yet.
Lucky, I'm using AA.com to book these flights. How come on a multi-city award when I add a segment like LAS-SAN, then SAN-LHR, with a 'stop-over' in SAN of less then 24 hours, it charges me miles for both legs individually. Shouldn't that really only cost a single 62.5k award for both legs? Do I can to call to get that repriced correctly?
