I always use the Admirals Club in Terminal D anyway, even though almost all of my flying through DFW is via the other terminals. The D Admirals Club is the only one that offers a consistent experience, and it's no trouble to take the SkyLink to and from the lounge. The other Clubs in the other terminals are cramped, smelly, have surly bartenders and mysterious puddles that are to be avoided.
I am AA Platinum with an int'l flight (economy ticket) departing from PHL soon. Which of the AA clubs at PHL is the best?
The club in A West terminal, mezzanine level between Gates A15 and A16 is very nice. It is the former Envoy lounge. Its very large and has gorgeous views of the tarmack.
@James - you are so right about the Admirals Club experience at DFW. Terminal C used to be very nice also, but they've all been downgraded in my opinion and very very crowded. I stand to get a better seat at the gate than the terminal A lounge.
