Will I be arrested if I pay and have sex with the KLM arrenged "local" ? I beleive it is legal (as it should be everywhere) in Amsterdam, right?

This program already exists, and it's called Grindr.

Seriously, this whole thing sort of looks like a gay hookup app. Great idea, not sure about the execution as I don't layover in Amsterdam, but that video could have been executed a lot better.

Cool idea.

In Australia, there used to be a program for locals to show visiting USN sailors local sights etc. it was hugely popular in the 80s.

Working adjacent to LAX I can attest to many men on layover already using an app to meet locals. It's called Grindr.

A couple of mentions of Grindr, but actually, Scruff has a travel component now (Scruff Venture) where you can connect with locals before your trip and arrange to rent a room or other accommodation or just arrange to sightsee or, ummm, socialize.
