It sounds like she’s well-qualified for the job, having CEO experience and VP/managerial positions prior to this. This ain’t a Kamala Harris hire.
They need help in the refunds department as the staff there do not know what they are doing I have been trying to get a refund on my voucher since September 2021, they just say they have repaid it well all I can say I have not received it.
Well, she indeed has a lot of experience, but try to board on an NS train. In the last few years the trains became dirtier and filthier than ever. Also most of NS material is ageing, with very outdated and uncomfortable interiors.
Since when do board of directors have CEOs? They have the chairman on the board, but I've never heard of a CEO. Wouldn't make sense to have one anyway. The board only manages the direction of company, not day to day operations.
What? They are constantly adding new trains and the interiors are quite modern. Take NS to the borders and then bord NMBS or DB trains in Belgium and Germany and I think it is pretty clear who has the most modern and updated trains...
