This lounge is TERRIBLE -used it twice this year
a) food was poor quality plus very small selection
b) no napkins of any kind- given paper kitchen towel to use
c) when they put the silverware in trays -staff used hands with no gloves and did it by touching the part that you put in your mouth
d) by entrance to the restrooms garbage was left outside overflowing in garbage can
e) staff was just plain lazy

this is a disgusting lounge

The table we sat at at (was for 7 hour layover) and when the natural light was gone we had a lamp to turn on - IT DID NOT WORK - spoke to the staff and they said oh! it it has been this way for a week

I spoke to the manager and she said yes I was right as she heard same from others and the st

Unless you’re hoping that your niceties about AF lounge will get some sort of sponsorship, AF lounge at JFK is terrible. I echo the sentiment of the other poster that staff is lazy. I got scoffed at for asking pre flight dining which I did not receive. The food offerings are bad. What kind of lounge takes away food on the upper level for J passengers? When I asked if there was any left they told me to go downstairs for food.

So Ben I am highly skeptical of your view of this lounge.

They are pretty proactive about preflight dining, I have a feeling you probably asked for it during an early evening flight and it wasn't suitable to ask for preflight dining.

Interesting that JFK is Clarins while CDG is Sisley…

How many times did you use the lounge?

"...Air France premium passengers will find Clarins products in their amenity kits."

No.

AF switched over to Sisley last summer, and that's what's in their La Première amenity at present, can't speak for business class.

To clarify:

Sisley is in LP amenity kits. Clarins is in Business amenity kits.

Sisley is in the LP spa lounge area at CDG. Clarins is in the Business Spa lounge area at CDG.
