Check out this cute video that KLM uploaded to their YouTube channel, with the following description:
KLM’s dedicated Lost & Found team at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is on a mission to reunite lost items as soon as possible with their legitimate owner. From a teddy bear found by the cabin crew to a laptop left in the lounge. Locating the owners can sometimes be a challenge, so special forces have been hired …
Adorable!
That dog is a hoot to watch !
I am TOTALLY going to "lose" something next time I fly to Amsterdam.
Wow! How adorable.
Very frustrating though since my elderly father had a horrible experience trying to get back a bag left in an overhead bin on a WAW to AMS flight connecting on to BOS, both in J. Even though the bag had his contact info and that he was told by the gate agent to BOS his bag had been found, we never did receive any follow-up or the bag after numerous calls...

One year later and still no bag. Very disappointed in KLM. Realize this is just a single story and I'm sure they do a good job for many other folks it just rubs me the wrong way they are promoting their high level of service in returning lost items to owners when they can't even manage to return a full suitcase to my father.
Reminds me of the beagle they use at SYD baggage claim to check out carry on bags while folks await their checked bag. No they are not attempting to return a left behind article.
I bet the person at KLM who thought that up has a full v-mail:
"Hey, it's Salam Shawa at Qatar Airways, call me."
"Hi Alex Schlaubitz at Lufthasa, call me."
Is this real or is it one of those viral videos? Sorry been a long day I can't tell.
