Check out this PBS behind the scenes video of the SFO Gate Gourmet facility. Last year some of us had a chance to tour an airline catering facility, which I found to be a fascinating experience. If you didn’t have a chance to take the tour, this is the next best thing. Since I’ve taken the tour I have a new appreciation for airline catering and how much preparation and coordination goes into it.
