Emirates has a pretty awesome new advertisement featuring their A380 and the World Cup, which they describe as follows:
Who is the greatest footballer of all time? Join two football greats, Pelé and Cristiano Ronaldo as they connect with fans in the Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge.
Everyone has a favourite player, and in our new video fans meet theirs as they fly Emirates. Emirates is connecting fans with their passions in the run-up to the FIFA World Cup hosted this summer in Brazil, where fans will see some of the greatest footballers in action.

Awesome! Emirates did a phenomenal job with this in my opinion, as they managed to integrate several aspects of their onboard product without actually making it seem like an advertisement.
It also reminds me a bit of this Lufthansa ad featuring two “captains” — one from Bayern Munich and the German National Team, and another from Lufthansa:

A bit unrelated,but since you did mention LH figured I'd ask here anyway. I'm scheduled to fly LH BOS-FRA-CDG (continuing on to BKK on TG) on Wednesday... as you probably heard there's gonna be a strike on that day. What would you do if you were in my shoes? Wait and see if it's canceled or try to rebook on a less desirable award? Really wanted to try LH F and FCT and everything but can't decide if it's worth the risk. I'm on a UA award btw.
@ acs -- I might wait a couple of days. They often come to an agreement before the strike happens, and hopefully that's the case here. If you can find a desirable routing on another date in Lufthansa first class I'd probably change to be on the safe side, though. Enjoy your trip!
I can't actually imagine Ronaldo being that nice if a fan asked for a photo. I could be wrong though.
