Save On Hyatt Hotel Stays With Amex Offers (Targeted)

The Amex Offers program frequently has promotions for hotel stays, which can save you money or earn you bonus points for stays you’d make anyway.

There’s a targeted Amex Offers deal that can earn you a $75 statement credit when you spend $300+ at select Destination by Hyatt properties. It’s possible that there’s also a version of the offer for 7,500 bonus Membership Rewards points rather than $75, which I’d consider to be a better deal (since I value Amex points at 1.7 cents each).

As you’d expect, there are some terms to be aware of:

• Save $75 when you spend $300+ across one or more transactions (up to 25% back)
• This is valid when you pay for your stay between November 1 and December 31, 2024
• The terms state that you need to book directly with Hyatt to take advantage of this
• All room charges, including taxes and fees, should qualify toward this offer
• This is valid at all Destination by Hyatt properties, except Legend Paracas Resort, Hotel De Anza, and Vacation Homes at Suncadia properties
• Registration is required

Spend $700+ with Hyatt in Hawaii, save $150

There’s a targeted Amex Offers deal that can earn you a $150 statement credit when you spend $700+ at Hyatt properties in Hawaii. It’s possible that there’s also a version of the offer for 15,000 bonus Membership Rewards points rather than $150, which I’d consider to be a better deal (since I value Amex points at 1.7 cents each).

As you’d expect, there are some terms to be aware of:

• Save $150 when you spend $700+ across one or more transactions (up to 21% back)
• This is valid when you pay for your stay between October 15 and December 31, 2024
• The terms state that you need to book directly with Hyatt to take advantage of this, though for these purposes Hyatt Prive bookings will qualify
• All room charges, including taxes and fees, should qualify toward this offer
• Gift card purchases are excluded
• This offer excludes Hyatt Residences, timeshares, and all locations outside of Hawaii
• Registration is required

Bottom line

At the moment there are two targeted Amex Offers deals that can save you money on Hyatt hotel stays. One offer can save you on Destination by Hyatt properties, while another offer can save you on Hyatt hotel stays in Hawaii. While these are fairly niche (in terms of brand and geography), hopefully some cardmembers can get value from this.
