its a fixed value card. pretty straightforward If you spend more than 100k in a year on cards, then barclays arrival is better.
fixed value cards are great if you dont want to travel last minute or anything but domestic economy.
if you fly to europe or ASIA or last minute anywhere or want business or 1st, you want to get a transferable points card like the CSP or the AMEX PRG
