I asked about an upgrade at checkin and was given an Executive room, instead of the base level Deluxe room. It’s exactly the same as the photos in Lucky’s review only the room was larger (we had 2 double beds). We were also given access to the Manor Club lounge, which was very nice with a selection snacks and drinks at various times throughout the day. In addition to the US$100 property credit, we were also given a coupon for AED100 off food. We used both credits on dinner at the Lebanese restaurant Sambusek which was very good. Highly recommended, both the restaurant and the hotel.
