I do have a SIN-CAN flight coming up, and the online Book the Cook showed only (very limited) breakfast BTC items can be chosen. Is it possible to book lunch choices (such as lobster thermidor, or Chilean sea bass in clam chowder) for a breakfast flight? Thanks.

If you can’t do it online I’d think you’ll have to call and see. I’d be curious as well, let us know what you find out!

Please do let us know… my gut tells me that for a 4 hour flight they only cater breakfast or lunch. On a “breakfast” flight I am going to bet they don’t cater any lunch options. But hey, SQ has much better service than AA, UA, and DL.
