Should I escalate?
So over this weekend, I took an AA Run: SFO-LAX-JFK-MIA-PTY-MIA-JFK-SFO.
most of the trip went fine, with the exception of my JFK-MIA, PTY-MIA and MIA- JFK legs.
On my JFK-MIA leg, It was originally scheduled on a refurb 767, upon boarding I noticed that my original seat assignment changed and aircraft changed to the 767 2-2-2 angle flats and was pretty disappointed as the seat they placed me in was the last row (6J)window in business and it was missing a window…
On the MIA-JFK, they did not swap aircrafts, we were flying the 777 reverse herringbone seats with alternating front and back facing. What I was upset and disappointed about was;

#1, when I got to my seat there were no blanket on my seat (8L). I looked around to see everyone of my neighbors a had blanket, I asked for 1 not once not twice but 3 times before someone came and told me they do not have anymore (how do you not have enough blankets for First? ).

#3, PTY-MIA The IFE system on my seat did not work at all.

#2, while trying to get comfortable on my seat (8L) sans blanket, I took off my shoes to stretch out and let my feet touch the carpet. Big mistake!! The carpet area in my seat was completed soaking wet and now my socks are as well, with an unknown liquid… they suggested a seat change to 11A. To my luck, though it was dry, the seat controls were broken, so I swapped back and just had to not touch the floor.

Are these worth escalating and bringing these issues to AA’s attention?
@yaboobie, it really only matters how much you were annoyed by these issues. If you feel like they a problem, I would complain. I would be polite and specific without getting too much into feelings and be clear in what you would like in return.
