Ramadan policies this year?

Ramadan policies this year?

I booked QR J to and from SE Asia during one of their recent sales…and then realized that my flights fall smack dab in the middle of Ramadan this year.

Last year, QR’s policy was to serve alcohol in the air but not in their lounges (I only know this via the blogs – not sure if they even publish it anywhere themselves). Will the policy be the same this year? Anyone know how to check (and/or can Lucky & co reach out)?

Sheikh TbHAT has said that it wants QR to become a dry airline soon. Best to implement it during this upcoming Ramadan perhaps?

If history is any indication, I’d guess no alcohol:
