I was scheduled to fly DOH-JFK on Qatar Airways (QR 703) on the 26th of July (J/Business). This was on the A350. However, they changed the equipment from a A350 to a 777-300ER, the two aircraft have very different seats, and the main reason I chose to fly into JFK was for the A350. What can I do now? I’m on a paid ticket.

[USER=1675]@BernabeuBuster[/USER], it’s unfortunate but airlines always have the discretion to change equipment. Have you looked at other schedule options? Are they still flying the A350? You could call and see where you get with the agent or a supervisor…
