We’re flying ORD-FRA in business later this week. We were able to get the upper deck, but since this is a last-minute booking and I haven’t flown LH business in at least 5 years, can anyone tell me:
(1) It’s an overnight flight. Do they distribute pajamas?
(2) My understanding on lounge access is that we can use the United Club in ORD, the LH arrivals lounge in FRA, and then after our sojourn into Frankfurt, can use the LH Business Class lounge in FRA.
Is that all right? Anything else I should know?
Any help would be appreciated — I’ve already read all the reviews here on LH business and basically the rest of the internet on this topic but time is running short and given the boatload of miles I spent on this, I’d like to try to tell myself it’s worth it. 🙂

I believe you’re correct about lounge access as well. You can check [URL=’http://www.lufthansa.com/us/en/Lounge-types-and-access’]this page[/URL] on the LH website and enter your airport and ticket type to see what lounges are available to you.

No pajamas on LH business.
Arrivals lounge in FRA is quite nice. Nothing I would allocate time to hang out but you can take a quick shower and grab something to eat. Landside, just look for the sign once you exit customs.
