E175 Delta Shuttle First Class Best Seat

Hello, what is the best first class seat on Delta Shuttle E175? I’m traveling alone and landing at DCA so will sit on left side for the privacy and views, but which row should I take? Bulkhead or row 2? What are the pros and cons?

I prefer the bulkhead on the E175 but I am only 5’9″. I like being forced to store my bags above, when others have to stick them under the seat. If I were taller I would probably pick 2A.
