Do you know if LH’s aging 747-400 has the new J seats on the SEA route?

Do you know if LH’s aging 747-400 has the new J seats on the SEA route?

Lucky: I want to use Lifemiles I bought for 1.5 cents w/ 100% bonus a few years back for a J class NAm EU flight. Essentially the only option offered is LH SEA-FRA with an occasional routing via UA or AC to another LH flight. Do you know if LH’s aging 747-400 has the new J seats on the SEA route? I’d hate to blow 126k R/T on their old, and by now very worn out, J seat. A sane alternate is to use the miles for a ANA SEA-NRT just for the J seat comfort and outstanding service I experienced last year. Lifemiles is extremely limited on routing choices/availability. Beware any ‘investment’ in this program!

@ Steve N — Unfortunately the 747-400s do feature the old business class product as of now, so I’d avoid them if possible.
