Anonymous GuestInterested to see a blog post on how crew handle passengers on different segments. Being a frequent traveller on both Indian and European segments on Etihad I notice a huge difference. Strangely enough though, I notice business class crew are generally better on the flights to India but attitude the passengers is more appalling than usual on economy on Indian segments.
Also as pointed out by many people, grabbing bags in an emergency situation is not race specific as it occurred on recent BA and ASIANA flights as well.
