BA First Class

BA First Class

I booked 2 BA first class seats using AA points.
Last time I did this was through a travel arranger and he was able to get my seat reserved right away , I has my seat number by the end of the day. But when I went to do it BA asked for extra money to do in advance or at 24 hour for free. Is there a trick to getting it done through in advance through another program, AA doesn’t allow me to do it either? Thank You!!

**** I got my answer, just knowing it was possible was enough for me to look at it again, I can book F, the next leg is in Club Europe so I have to pay for that one or wait until 24 hours before the flight., Thank You No Name 🙂 ****

Are you sure you are talking about the BA F seat? They are supposed to be free, except for 1 A and 1K that is normally blocked for BA Gold.

The 24 hours sounds more like Club Europe aka Euro-J out of London? Are you connecting in London to somewhere else in Europe?

Good luck! I flew BA (all paid for in my own cash) First from MIA to LHR ….. then returned week later on a day fight in BA Club World LHR to MIA and my reserved seat was changed without my knowing / or telling / simply had no seat days before departure all of a sudden…. British Airways has a very strange and bizarre way of operating as an airline. BEWARE. #NotaFan
