Are there any airlines that have handicap accessible bathrooms?

Yes, most airlines do on some aircraft. Which airline are you talking about?

All US widebody long haul aircraft with two aisle accesss are required by law to have a handicap accessible lavatory. The narrowbody single aisle aircraft are not required to have one but some do. If flying on a narrowbody flight I would phone the airline and inquire prior to making a reservation to find out if your flight(s) have this access.
