Alaska Fig Bar Policy

Alaska Fig Bar Policy

  1. Anonymous Guest

Monday I flew ORD to SFO with Alaska in Premium class on a former Virgin America A320 (former VX Main Cabin Select). The RED system ordering was still enabled and both drinks and food were free, just like Virgin always offered.

Today I’m in the same seat on the same plane flying back to Chicago and food is no longer listed in the RED on screen ordering as Free! Instead, the flight attendant says as part of the new Alaska policy, we can have a Fig Bar or some cranberry trail mix.

This seems more aligned with the Alaska Premium seat benefits, so expected, but now it’s happened. No more free chocolate chip cookies.

At least the booze is still free and they’re still singing the safety demo…for now!
