Is everyone aware in this country that American Airlines is no longer American Airlines? Mr. Lucky’s past experience is really a very harsh reality, as a employee in the front line with over 25years with American Airlines we were taken over by the WORST (US AIRWAYS/AMERICA WEST) Airlines in the industry. We were lied to by the current CEO Doug Parker when he help initiate this merger by saying that he was on the side of Labor! The front-line employees mainly the pilots! What Mr. Lucky had recently experienced was the downfall of the iconic American Airlines as we once knew. US Airways has implemented their system in running the American Airlines company they’re using their old and out dated and obsolete computer systems and they don’t understand the magnitude of what it takes to run the largest operation in the country at DFW Airport. So with this being, more and more Travellers will be in for a rude awakening when flying in or out of the DFW airport.
