Primera Air Update

Primera Air Update

So as lucky reported earlier, Primera Air filed for bankruptcy this morning. He mentioned how hopefully in the 11th hour they’ll acquire more funding, but it seems like that did not happen. Today the flight from YYZ-CDG was cancelled, passengers were not informed, none of their staff showed up to the airport. Apparently according to the Airport Management staff, the airline ceased all operations. Passengers were advised to book new tickets and try to claim for refunds in the future. Yikes

Not only that, their cabin crew are stranded in Toronto. Apparently the company told them to find their own way home, and will not pay for hotel accommodation. They are currently sleeping on the floor of Toronto Airport
