    Read your recent post. Our June 3-11 flights were cancelled, of course. In their email LC said we could re-book or get a voucher. I replied no thanks, send me the refund as set by US law. They said ok, should take 2 weeks. Well, that has been reset 3 times, each one was give us 2 weeks. Then, in late June they said give us at most 6 months for your refund. Needless to say, I’m getting nervous about this and their on-going viability.

    Follow the directions on the page about starting at the lowest level on the list and working your way up the chain as needed. And, of course, be polite but firm in all correspondence.

    Our flights on laCompagnie were cancelled and we opted for the refund. After waiting more than eight weeks with no refund we contacted our credit card company (Chase Ink) and they refunded the money.
