Forbes reviews UA Polaris seat… Only issue is they weren’t in the new seat

I came across an interesting article in Forbes about Polaris. The author is speaking about how he flew EWR-HKG in December and how much he loves the seat “But for me, the absolute best part of that 16-hour non-stop flight to Hong Kong was the brand-new, high-tech seat” I found this interesting because you can’t yet fly in the new seat. The second to last picture in the article clearly shows he is in the old CO seat. Shows you how much marketing is working for UA, I am wondering how many travelers think they are in a new seat as well.

Well-said! It’s scary that either the author really couldn’t tell he was in an old cabin (when he posted pictures of the new Polaris seats not yet available on international flights) or indecent for him to assume that the readers of his paid article are gullible.
