Aussie passenger suing AA. Are his concerns valid?

Aussie passenger suing AA. Are his concerns valid?

  1. Anonymous Guest

A 67 y/o passenger flew on AA to Sydney recently. He’s suing AA because they refused to let him move seats. He had a preexisting scoliosis, so AA in my opinion should’ve repositioned him elsewhere on the plane. Should this bring into question the legal minimum requirements of seat width to accommodate passengers such as himself? Or would repositioning him have sufficed?
