Remember your dirty room service tray conversation?
I really enjoyed your article form last Summer regarding dirty room service trays in hotel hallways. I’m curious if you’ve heard of the new startup technology company called TrayAway? TrayAway’s only mission is providing guests and hotels with a simple solution to resolve this problem. Having just launched in early March dozens of hotels are already utilizing the service including brands such as Fairmont, Waldorf Astoria, St. Regis, JW Marriott, Montage, Hilton and many others. When a guest is done with their meal they simply click a button notifying hotel staff their tray is ready for retrieval. It also allows the hotel to always know the locations and delivery times of all trays so they’ll never sit for hours like you previously experienced.
