Pooling points for Marriott Travel package

Pooling points for Marriott Travel package

  1. Anonymous Guest

Hi, so lately i’ve made multiple calls to Marriott rewards in attempt to pool points with my gf’s account in order to book the Marriott package, except every single time, they say the max they can transfer over is 50,000, unless it is for a reservation booking, then they can transfer more. I even asked to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor said the same thing… Not sure if this is something new they are implementing? or i was just very unlucky and got 4 reps that all said the same thing… But either way, i have enough points to book the package without my gf’s account, i just wanted to use up all of her points before digging into mine.

Why not just have the 50k transferred, book what you need then transfer the rest of her points the next time you’re eligible to make a transfer?
