i can’t seem to book a room through new hyatt website.
when i click the “find hotel” button, it does nothing. i am using firefox. may be it’s my browser, i really don’t know. however, their android app works fine.
anyone care to share?
I haven’t been able to log in for weeks. Hyatt (still) has horrible IT.
I was able to log in yesterday with no problems.
I was able to log in and make a new reservation yesterday. However, I use Chrome. Have you tried different browsers?
i finally figured out why i was unable to book on the redesigned site. i was using popup blocker and because of that, the second tab was not opening.
