How much to tip Ventana Big Sur and Calala Island?

I was deeply moved by Lucky’s reviews of Ventana Big Sur and Calala Island. I plan to make award bookings for both. Both resorts are mostly all-inclusive. Is there a customary tip amount? Also, how do I go about tipping (individually or as a whole)? Thank you.
