I booked a 3-night stay with Hyatt Place on their [B]official website[/B] and paid full with Hyatt credit card for the advance rate. After waiting for a week they finally placed the charge to my card but it is charged by the Novotel (Accor brand). Basically I can’t use the Hyatt card promotion (50 off 300) and lose all points potentially from the credit card in this case. What should I do?
