Double Avios Sale

Double Avios Sale

I saw the posts about the Match.com and eHarmony sales, but what about 10,000 avios for quickbooks?!?! Anyone try that?

Lucky (and others) used the match.com promotion to buy Avois for 0.67 cents each. With this QuickBooks promo, that would mean spending $67 for the 10k Avois to make it an equivalent offer.

For AMEX card holders you can possibly stack offers. For example Wine.com gives 10 Avios per $ and AMEX rebates $10 on $50 spent. So buy $50 in wine, get 500 points for $40. Of course it’s not .67 each but in the event you NEED some of these things you can get some extra points. Sunglass Hut is another. Spend $200 and get $50 back from AMEX and 16 Avios per USD.

The rule of thumb with any shopping portal is don’t buy what you don’t need, except maybe a date for .67 cents!
