Will Ben’s responses return to the blog?

Will Ben’s responses return to the blog?

I started following this blog a few years ago. Since then, it’s been a daily staple of my internet diet. One thing that I really loved was that besides being extremely prolific in publishing so many entries, Ben traditionally responded to almost every comment. I tried to reciprocate the attention by using the credit card links wherever possible. So gradually that I didn’t even notice for months, Ben has slowed down responding to comments and questions in the blog. This saddens me greatly. If it’s just the new relationship, or the Rolling Stone article adding enough business to make responses difficult, I understand. Maybe it hasn’t even been intentional. All I know is that now there are often dozens of comments and questions on a blog entry with no response from Ben at all. If this is the new dynamic, I accept that. I just would like to know if this actually is an entirely different dynamic, or just a long hiatus?

Christian, I think you’re correct about the change but I’m not sure the RS article was the pivot. I think Ben discussed some of his thoughts here: http://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2014/08/24/blog-feedback-additional-contributors/
