Wife’s lost bag
we checked in with Iberia in Munich yesterday morning (business) 2 bags got tagged to CLT through MAD.also the agent could not issue our boarding passes for the MAD to CLT segment told us to go to U.S. Air in MAD at the gate. Big problem in MAD, trying to get through immigration without a bp is just like buying the winning powerball#!!! We manage to do it! Next trying to get through the last check point with passports and Boarding Passes to the gate to get our passes, again another lucky powerball #! Get to the get and they are having printer issues. Finally they were able to print boarding manifest, but could not print our boarding passes!! Supervisor told us to board w/o! He told us that our BAGS were on the plane!! Get to CLT instead of our bags coming on the carousel early (priority) my bag was just about the last one and my wife’s was a no show! We had a layover in CLT and this morning to PHX were U.S. air told us to file a claim. We used Barclay’s red to charge this award flight. Already called them to start a claim(3 days at $100 per day allowed) what else can we do with us air and Iberia. Thank you thank you mike
