Hey all!

I’m flying from BKK-NRT-IAH. On the first leg, BKK-NRT, I am flying Thai airways business class. On the second leg, NRT-IAH, I am flying ANA First class square.

    I have two questions

    1. Can I use the first class/Royal first Check in at BKK?

    2. Can I get access to the Royal First lounge at BKK?

    Hi!

I am flying from BKK-IAH with a four hour layover at NRT. On the first leg, BKK-NRT, I am flying Thai airways business class. On the second leg, NRT-IAH, I am flying ANA First class. This is all on one award reservation booked on united.

    1. Am I able to use Thai Airways Royal first/ First Class check in counter at BKK? Or can I only use The Royal Silk/Business class check in counter?

    2. Can I get access to Thai airways Royal first lounge at BKK?

    Thanks!

    Hi @Daniel S, and welcome!

In general, you’ll always go to the check-in counter of the airline operating your flight. For Thai, the first class facilities are limited to passengers departing in Thai First, so you’d use the business class services.
